This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kallakurichi to dispose the D.V.case No.4 of 2018 within time stipulated by this Court as expeditiously as possible.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kallakurichi is directed to dispose of the case in DVC.No.4 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
