This Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the respondents to defreeze the current bank account bearing A/C No.073563300003486 of the petitioner maintained with the second respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is a lien amount of the petitioner's account to the tune of Rs.5,91,052/-, whereas, a sum of Rs.6,89,065/- is lying in petitioner's account with the second respondent.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to hold a sum of Rs.5,91,052/- and defreeze the account of the petitioner and permit the petitioner to operate his account.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Peititon is disposed of.
