ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 430 of IPC r/w 21(i) of MM Act in Crime No.21 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. By considering the earlier anticipatory bail on 11.03.2022, it appears that the petitioner herein has used tipper lorry to transport three units of red sand and he is a habitual offender in illicit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
mining of soil and has three previous case. Therefore the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed. After lapse of 20 days, again the petitioner moves anticipatory bail but this Court found no change in circumstances and the lapse of the respondent police to secure the petitioner cannot be a ground to grant anticipatory bail.
