When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that, pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 13.03.2023, the petitioner's application dated 27.02.2023 for issuance of Legal Heir Certificate was considered and subsequently, Legal Heir Certificate was issued in favour of the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
