This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that as the first defendant in the suit died during the pendency of the suit, the petitioners have filed filed the appeal as the legal heirs of the first defendant.

3. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition and taking note of the dispute between the parties, this petition is Ordered.
