The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that subsequent to the registration of FIR, charge sheet was laid on 20.01.2015 and the same was taken on file before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Erode in C.C.No.44 of 2015 and charges have also been already framed against the accused and trial also commenced. Accused also participated in the trial actively. Prosecution has examined 3 witnesses. Thus the present criminal original petition has become infructuous as nothing survives in this petition.
