A.No.2286 of 2022 in C.S.D.No.115447 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed, seeking to dispense with the notice under Section 80(2) of CPC to 4th and 5th defendants and permit the applicant to file the civil suit.

The learned counsel for the applicants would submit that 4th and 5th defendants are only formal parties and no relief has been sought for against them and hence he would urge this Court to dispense with the notice.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, this Application stands ordered as prayed for.
