This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner complaint dated 16.08.2024 in view of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur in Crl.M.P.No.3407 of 2024 order dated 04.01.2025 under Section 175 of B.N.S.S Act, 2023 and to investigate to file final report according to law.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered against the accused in Crime No.665 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.
