C.M.P.No.24767 of 2023 C.M.P.No.24767 of 2023 in S.A.No.279 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., Considering the fact that the petition for condoning the delay of 201 days in filing this petition to set aside and re-hear the above second appeal is allowed and the reasons given in that petition are very same reasons that have been set out in the instant petition, this petition is also allowed and both the learned counsel are directed to make their arguments in the above second appeal.
