Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in his proceedings Ko.K.No.Vu Po/EAPa/Thirverkadu/ Ko.kattu/A.No.107/12 and quash the communication dated 18.12.2012 and consequently direct the second respondent to erect the electric pole on the Western Side of the 10 feet Valli Kollai Medu Road.
