Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records culminating in the Order of the 1st respondent dated 14.02.2018 in Rc.No.15337/2017(B3) and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to issue patta with respect to the property situated in Plot No.8A in S.No.90/2 of Oragadam Village in favour of the petitioner. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on an earlier occasion i.e, 25.07.2024, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted a copy of the sale deed, patta of TSLR issued by the authority and further submitted that the subject matter of property has already been sold on 10.05.2024 vide Doc.No.5837/2024 on the file of SRO, Ambattur to Mr.D.Ganeshkumar and his wife Divya and the patta was also issued to the above two persons by the concerned Tahsildar, Ambattur Taluk. 2/5

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, accepted the submissions as stated by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
