JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed praying to set aside the order dated 15.03.2022 passed by the learned Session Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai, in Crl.M.P.No.217 of 2022 and enlarge the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appellant on bail in connection with the case in Crime No.1 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Appeal and he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
