(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.R.Geetha representing Ms.Karthika Ashok, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.T.K.Saravanan, Government Advocate for the first respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is already covered by the decision of this Court dated 23.04.2024 in W.P.Nos.3985 of 2020 et., batch (Balaji Vs. Principal Secretary to Government and another)

3. In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petition is closed.
