2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though the respondent has entered appearance through counsel, there is no representation for her, today when the matter is called.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
