ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with a liberty to approach if in case charges are framed as against the petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and such liberty is granted. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
