PRAYER in W.P.No.9391/2018: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing 1st the 2nd respondent pertaining to Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract (EPC) of "Kundah Pumped Storage Hydro Electric Project - Phase I (4 x 125Mw)" package-II at Nilgiris District, Tamil Nadu culminating in the unjust disqualification of the Petitioner from the bid procersvide letter No.CE/PROJ/SE/PD & C/EE/C-3/AEE3/F.KPSHEP-Package11/D.19/18 dated 16/02/2018 passed by the 2nd Respondent to the Petitioner and quash the same.
