Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus,directing the 2nd respondent to take into account the medical certificate submitted by the petitioner and award attendance and permit the petitioner to write 3rd year of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) examinations, scheduled to commence on 29.04.2015 or any subsequent date and declare the results without insisting on any condition.

The petitioner who is the student of the respondents 2 and 3 have come forward to file this Writ Petition seeking direction to take into account the medical certificate submitted by him and thereafter permit him to write the third year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) examinations. In this regard, he submitted a representation on 28.03.2015 and the same was not considered till date.
3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2015, has not been considered till date, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass orders on the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner comes within the permissible limit and the respondent concerned is satisfied with the documents produced with respect to the medical certificates, then it is needless to state that consequence will follow.
