Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MARUDHACHALAMURTHY, Advocate on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, on 21.06.2018, an order of interim stay in respect of passing of final decree was granted till 23.07.2018. Subsequently, by order dated 23.07.2018, the said interim order was extended till 20.08.2018. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
