2 W.P.No.30830 of 2013 Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.8 to 9 to consider and take appropriate action on his representation dated 10.11.2013 thereby direct the respondent Nos.8 and 9 take appropriate against the respondent Nos.1 to 7 for disqualifying their membership from board and remove from their office.

2. The writ petitioner by referring to the surcharge proceedings initiated against the respondents 1 to 7 under 87 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act submitted a representation to statutory authorities

3 W.P.No.30830 of 2013 namely the respondents 8 and 9 to take appropriate action against the petitioners 1 to 7.

In view of the limited prayer in this writ petition, without going in to the merits of the representation made by the writ petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondents 8 and 9 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2013 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
