This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 09.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that a dispute is pending before the Revenue Authorities, in respect of change of patta. It is alleged by the petitioner that India Heritage Foundation has given fake documents and have obtained patta in their name, in respect of the land belonging to the petitioner.
