2. Captioned application is for 'condonation of delay' ['COD'] of 888 days in filing the Form No.66 which is for a claim.

3. Adverting to the support affidavit, learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant had difficulty in getting to know about the winding up proceedings.

4. Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator who is before this Court on behalf of respondent - 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' [hereinafter 'OL' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity] submits that it is necessary for the applicant to submit the Form No.66 along with supporting original documents. 5. Learned counsel for applicant submits that the Form No.66 will be submitted along with supporting original documents.

6. In the light of the narrative thus far, this Court having perused the affidavit filed in support of the captioned COD application and having heard the learned counsel for applicant deems it appropriate to condone the delay.
