This application has been filed to strike off/delete the prayer in para VI (g) of the above suit plaint that reads as ''Declaring that the Gift Deed dated 22.06.2016 registered as Doc.No.4537/2016, SRO, Neelankarai as null and void.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing this application.

4.On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this application is allowed. Page No.1/3

5. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file amended copy of the plaint before the Registry.
