This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to report before the respondent Police on every Friday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and also appear before the trial Court for every hearing without fail, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.29965 of 2022 dated 05.12.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam and it is yet to be taken on file.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffering from neurological problem and right now, he was admitted in Neuro One Hospital, Trichy, as in-patient. 4.Considering the submissions made by either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court on receipt of summons.
