This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.06.2015 and investigate into the matter and submit a report to the Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents .

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that Police have conducted an enquiry on the complaint dated 15.06.2015 given by the petitioner, the same was closed and a copy of the closure report is furnished to the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
