O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 05.03.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5184 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2020 and file a final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.54 of 2022, the respondent police filed final report on 19.08.2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai, and it is pending for taking cognizance.
