This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, to dispose of the CMP No.2714 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, is directed to complete the trial in CMP No.2714 of 2022 and dispose of the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
