ORDER

This petition has been filed by the contempt petitioner to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.17875 of 2016, dated 12.05.2016, on the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of this Court.

2.Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Bala Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.Mr.Bala Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent dated 03.06.2016, in which as per the order of this Court dated 12.05.2016, the enquiry officer has been appointed as per the request made by the petitioner dated 23.04.2016. Therefore, the order of this Court dated 12.05.2016 has been complied with.

4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
