Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and also perused the records carefully. No notice is issued to the respondents as the judgment which is proposed to be passed by this Court will not affect the respondents in any manner.

2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader fairly accepted that what is under challenge in this Writ Appeal is against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in a Miscellaneous Petition and originally, in respect of G.O.Ms.No.181 School Education dated 15.11.2011, this Court has passed a common order in a batch of Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.1126, 1127, 1585, 1765 & 1797 of 2015, 47, 636 & 1034 of 2016 etc., on 24.01.2017 and the directions issued in the said order governs the respondents herein also. Hence, nothing survives in this Writ Appeal.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
