Crl.OP.No.5232 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J., The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and he has applied for a copy of the same and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh application after perusing the charge sheet and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
