O R D E R

The petitioner and the respondent solemnised their marriage on 19.01.2020. In September 2022, they set up their matrimonial home at Manali. Due to differences, the parties have separated. Therefore, the husband has initiated proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.299 of 2023 before the learned Principal District Judge at Tiruvallur. 1/4

2. The petitioner is residing at Singarathoppu in Dindivanam Taluk. The petitioner/wife states that she is residing with her parents after separation. The petitioner/wife pleads that she is unable to travel from Dindivanam to Tiruvallur for the purpose of attending the hearing. She has also undergone an abortion.

3. Taking into consideration the above circumstances, the case in I.D.O.P.No.299 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Judge at Tiruvallur and is transferred to the file of the Principal District Judge, Villupuram.

4. In fine, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
