This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant 90 days Ordinary Leave to the petitioner's father Lifer Bhavani Singh son of Narasingh on humane consideration, in respect of the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2016.
2. According to the petitioner, that her mother was suffering from Cancer, hence she prays for the aforesaid relief. Now, almost three years have lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
