Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 11260 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019 and passed orders. The learned Government Advocate has produced the copy of proceedings in Roc.No. 106/B3/2011, dated 07.03.2022 to that effect.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader and proceedings in Roc.No. 106/B3/2011, dated 07.03.2022, the contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, if so advised.
