O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to depute any official to conduct the survey in the property and to mark the boundaries.

The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that if, the petitioner pays the necessary fees, the survey will be conducted by the concerned officials after an enquiry.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to go to the office of the third respondent and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pay necessary fees. The third respondent shall thereafter, act on the application made by the petitioner and conduct an enquiry and complete the process within a period of four weeks from the date on which the petitioner pays the necessary fees. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
