O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish a copy of the Enquiry Report in pursuance of the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 28.11.2017.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is stated by the learned counsel on either side that the Enquiry Report has been furnished to the petitioner. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the relief sought for in the present writ petition no longer survives. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
