This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register a case based on a complaint dated 16.06.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the petitioner got married to one Srinivasan and their marriage was a failure. Earlier, the petitioner lodged a complaint against Srinivasan and he appeared before the Police and returned all the articles that were given during marriage, except a small quantity of gold ornaments which Srinivasan had stated that he had pledged and also given an undertaking that he will redeem and give it back to the petitioner. Now a fresh complaint has been given by the petitioner for the same act. Under such circumstances, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
