The present application has been filed to condone the delay of 396 days in filing the written statement in respect of the defendants in the above suit in C.S.No.230 of 2023.

2. Mr.Vaibhav.R.Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
