PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 3 to consider the petitioners' representation dated 02.03.2015 for regularizing their services as Hospital Workers with regular time scale of pay with the 3rd respondent Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Park Town, Chennai. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition questioning the letter No.41598/C1/2009, dated 10.11.2014 of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Chennai, refusing to absorb the petitioners as Hospital Workers and refusing to regularise their services in the Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition as prayed for. No costs.
