ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 363 A IPC in Crime No.1570 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the petitioners and other accused persons, kidnapped the minor girl. Hence, the respondent police registered a case against the petitioners and other accused person.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have nothing to do with the said allegation and a false case has been foisted on the petitioners only on suspicious. According to the petitioners, the main allegations are only as against A1 and this petitioners are friends of A1 and A1 has in the judicial custody.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners and other accused kidnapped the minor girl, aged about 17 years and later, the respondent police secured the girl and investigation is at the initial stage and that therefore, he prayed for dismissal.

5. Considering the gravity of the accusation against the petitioners and the case is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to them. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
