O R D E R

1. The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner application seeking for variation of permit condition in respect of vehicle No.TN-24/W-5682.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is having a stage carriage permit to ply on the route between Sippayur cross (Near Krishnagiri) to Denkanicottah upto 22.05.2022. Now, he has filed the application for variation of the permit on 25.06.2018, but, so far no order has been passed by the respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. On considering the fact that the petitioner's application is pending before the respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's application and to pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
