2. In the affidavit, the petitioner has disclosed the factual matrix in which he seeks impleadment.
3. The respondents have no serious objections.
4.This Court satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit and it would be in the interest of the justice to hear the petitioner before passing final orders in the writ petition.
5. Registry is directed to implead the petitioner as 2nd respondent in the above writ petition.
6. The newly impleaded party shall file counter affidavit within two weeks.
