ORDER

Heard Mr.Hari Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Hemalatha, learned senior standing counsel for the respondent.

2. The Officer of the Department is also present in Court and the withdrawal of detention notice has been effected on 24.04.2019 and copy of which have been produced before us. It appears that the detention notice was issued based upon the Circular issued by Law Ministry and respondent/department and has not properly served the effect of such circular.

3. In the light of the withdrawal of the detention notice, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
