The instant contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 15.09.2014 passed in WP.No.23217 of 2014. The instant contempt petition was filed on 01.03.2019, which is after four and half years of the passing of the order. The contempt petition is barred by limitation in light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Pallav Sheth vs Custodian & Ors, reported in (2001) 7 SCC 549.
