(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.D.Modhi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court made in W.A.No.1085 of 2016 dated 25.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition may be closed.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
