ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel for Chennai Corporation would submit that the order of this Court has been implemented and the drainage top slap has also been reduced and aligned in such a manner that will not cause any traffic inconvenience. That apart, the road is now being maintained as 20 feet road.

2. In view of the above submission, the Contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
