By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2. Heard both sides.
3. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction and pay annual increment for the period such as 01.07.2002, 01.07.2003 and 01.07.2004 in the light of the Government Order in G.O.[3D]No.21 School Education [S1] Department dated 05.03.2012 and G.O.[1D] No.251 School Education dated 07.08.2013 based on the proposal forwarded by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.86090/A4/E#/2014 dated 13.10.2016 to the first respondent.

The petitioner has also come to this Court with a Writ Petition in W.P.No.38228 of 2015 seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to sanction and pay annual increment to the petitioner for the period falling from 01.07.2002, 01.07.2003 and 01.07.2004 in the light of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 12.08.2004 in W.P.No.11641 of 2003, Order passed by the Government in G.O.[3D]No.21 School Education [S1] Department dated 05.03.2012 and G.O.[1D]No.251 School Education dated 07.08.2013 and by considering her representation dated 05.03.2015. Subsequently, a proposal has been made by the second respondent on 13.10.2016 and the same is pending. Therefore, the petitioner has again come to this Court to consider and pass orders based on the proposal sent by the second respondent.

Since the petitioner had already come to this Court for the same relief and a direction was issued on 01.12.2015 in W.P.No.38228 of 2015 to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law and also to pass appropriate orders, the said representation shall be disposed of. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the proposal of the second respondent dated 13.10.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
