This petition has been filed to bring the legal representatives of the deceased/fourth respondent on record as respondents 5 to 7 in the second appeal viz., S.A.No.310 of 2013.

2.The factum of the death of the fourth respondent and the proposed parties are the legal representatives of the deceased are not under dispute. 3.The learned counsel for the appellant has no objection for allowing this petition.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to amend the cause title within a period of two weeks. Post the matter after two weeks.
