The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent for his acts of commission and omission complained of by the petitioner in his representation for the respondents 1 and 2 dated 08.10.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the 5th respondent had granted planning permission without following the rules and procedure, hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents 1 & 2 to take action against the 5th respondent. 3.Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2013 and conduct enquiry based on the same and pass orders in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2013 and conduct enquiry on the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
