ORDER

The petitioners/plaintiffs have filed this Civil Revision Petition praying to direct the learned XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.S.No.1679 of 2012 at the earliest. It is the grievance of the petitioners/plaintiffs that several adjournments have been granted for the past two years, yet the suit is pending without final adjudication and without the defendants being represented for the hearings before the Court below. Hence, taking into consideration the above grievance of the petitioners/plaintiffs, this Court directs the learned XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of O.S.No.1679 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without seeking further extension of time. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
