Prayer : PETITION filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order No.RFL/Chennai Central Joint II/2/2023 designated as a refusal check slip dated 20.02.2023 passed by the 2nd Respondent and to quash the same and to direct the 2nd Respondent to register the Lease Deed dated 20.02.2023 entered between the Petitioner and the 3rd Respondent in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 without insisting upon production of 'original title deeds' or submission of the 'No Objection Certificate'.
