2. This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the main civil miscellaneous appeal.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respective learned counsel for the respondents and perused the records.
4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 62 days is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the main civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. When the matter is posted for admission, the names of the respective learned counsel for the respondents shall also be printed in the cause-list.
